You will play a critical role in keeping our scroll compressor operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. By leading manufacturing engineering and maintenance for our Apodaca site, you help ensure high equipment availability, stable processes, and consistent product quality for customers across the HVAC industry.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead manufacturing engineering and maintenance activities across assembly, welding, testing, painting, and packaging processes to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations Maximize equipment uptime and reliability by driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and fast, effective technical response.
