Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes from inception through to start up and buyoff.
- Ensure manufacturability of engineering designs.
- Develop and monitor workmanship standards for manufacturing for the purpose of improving output quality and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain routings for manufacturing processes in ERP system.
- Manage cost and time constraint.
- Create and maintain process documentation including work instructions, quality visual aids, etc.
- Must be able to travel as required to customer side.
- Other duties and assignment as instructed by the department head from time to time.
- To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure.
