Required qualifications:
- Ability to work in an international environment focused on customer and organizational operations- Excellent interpersonal skills- Good presentation skills- Negotiation skills- Advanced English language (B2)- Understanding of product design issues and principles
Key accountabilities:
- Continuous optimization of the production process- Implementation of new, advanced production technology- Creation of documentation in accordance with standards (APQP, PPAP, ISO TS)- Maintaining schedules and documentation in accordance with automotive standards - Providing new means of production- Increasing productivity and analyzing production results- Continuous implementation of improvement measures- Comparative analyses with other BorgWarner units
