Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer (Process & Methods) to support vehicle production operations by developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient assembly processes and standardized work methods. This role is responsible for ensuring production readiness, supporting new model launches, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, productivity, and cost performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to establish robust manufacturing processes and support ongoing operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized assembly processes to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
