You will lead and control Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance operations, ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards, coordinate engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders, implement new technologies to enhance production capability and safety, develop engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

  • Supervise and manage Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance departments.

  • Ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and company regulations.

  • Coordinate with government authorities regarding machinery and production capacity.

  • Report and collaborate with management and internal/external teams to meet operational targets.

  • Review, select, and implement new equipment and technologies to improve performance and safety.
