A precision manufacturing company in Pinellas County is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to take full ownership of CNC machining processes. This is a 100% on-site role focused on optimizing shop-floor production, reducing cycle times, and ensuring high-quality output.
About the Role: You will bridge the gap between product engineering and shop-floor execution. You’ll spend significant time on the floor collaborating with supervisors and operators to troubleshoot machining issues, program equipment, and implement process improvements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Create and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling configurations, and methods for precision components.
Write and modify CNC programs for multi-spindle machines, lathes, and mills.
Review new product designs to estimate manufacturing feasibility, labor requirements, and production costs.
