Location: Ampthill, Bedfordshire
Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits
Working pattern: Permanent | 37.5 hours | Four-day working week, Monday to Thursday
Security: BPSS required to start, with eligibility to obtain SC clearance

This is a hands-on, production-focused opportunity within an Operations Engineering team supporting complex, mission-critical products throughout their lifecycle—from prototype builds and product development through to full production and end-of-life support. Acting as a key engineering contact for the shop floor, you will resolve manufacturing issues, reduce production downtime and help ensure delivery remains aligned with demanding build schedules.
