Job Description
Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer position supports the manufacturing production activities, including manufacturing trouble shooting, machine set-up and documentation and performance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the efficient manufacture of new and existing components
- Assist in the Creation and maintenance of machine work instructions and other process related documents
- Lead and support investigations and testing of the latest technologies used in machining.
- Liaison with suppliers of new equipment and support the purchasing and implementation of new investments.
- Contribute to the efficient manufacture, rework and repair of new and existing components by providing engineering support to shop floor, suppliers, MRB activities, Quality Clinic
- Suggest and propose engineering process changes to optimize and improve production repeatability.
