Manufacturing Engineer

**About the role:**
WEG has an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in our Duluth office. The Manufacturing Engineer role for LV (Low Voltage) Electrical Panels involves providing technical assistance and engineering support to the manufacturing team. The role includes ensuring the production process is efficient, cost-effective, and meets quality standards. The position requires collaboration with Engineering (design), quality, and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize production processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Works closely with Engineering teams to provide feedback on product design for manufacturing.
+ Creates and maintains technical detailed documentation as technical specifications/drawings, Bills of Material, and troubleshooting procedures....
