As a Mid senior Level Manufacturing engineer - Composites, you will be responsible for design & optimization of manufacturing processes for sub-assembly& assembly for eVTOL airframes prototype manufacturing & supporting in assembly integration. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with Manufacturing, QA, Structural design & other cross functional teams in realization of composites parts, sub-assembly and prove out. Roles & responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for sub assembly & assembly of Airframe. Optimize facility including layout planning, utilities coordination, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning. Specify, source, validate, and maintain capital equipment such as CNC routers, ovens, and bonding tools. Apply expertise in bonding and fastening of composite detail parts & sub assembly to meet the design requirements of Assembly.
