Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes, providing technical support and maintaining manufacturing methods.
- Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques.
- Design manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and analytical tools.
- Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of failures and develop hands‑on maintenance skills.
- Collaborate with engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving, continuous improvement, and corrective/preventive action plans.
- Participate in development and update of PFMEA, control plans and work instructions.
- Write and update specifications, procedures and other technical documentation.
- Examine and design equipment layout and workspace for maximum efficiency.
