Job Description
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, project management, or equivalent experience.
- Additional training or experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Target Operating Model (TOM), or JIT manufacturing is required.
- Proven track record in P&L; management, people development, strategic planning, and risk management.
- Strong personal drive and commitment to achieving business goals.
- Proficient in root cause analysis and methodical problem-solving.
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities and prioritize work activities effectively.
