Key Responsibilities: Lead all manufacturing and operational activities to achieve production, quality, safety, and profitability targets. Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and cost optimisation across multiple production facilities. Oversee production planning, supply chain collaboration, financial performance, and operational compliance. Lead and develop Business Unit and Operations Managers, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with SHEQ, ISO 9001, OHS legislation, and company governance standards. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and service providers. Deliver strategic reporting and operational performance insights to executive leadership.
