Job Description
Location: Plano, Purchase, or Chicago
Duration: 14 periods
Percent Travel: 70% including weekends and potential holidays
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the new harmonized process, data, analytics, and controls within the subprocess area of Manufacturing.
- Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the Manufacturing areas.
- Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team, and any third-party regarding software functionality throughout the project.
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership.
- Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed.
- Provide deployment support.
- Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care).
