**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager - Level 4 for the F‑16 Build Team which is responsible for leading and inspiring a skilled team in the completion of F‑16V Block 70 Mate fuselage structures.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance while cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead all aspects of the business – safety, quality, schedule, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process – to ensure on‑time, FOD‑free production.
+ Coach and develop supervisors and team members, fostering continuous improvement and a high‑performing workforce.
+ Manage financial control plans, schedules, and EVMS metrics to meet baseline and budget targets.
+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships with the DCMA customer, FACO team, and Program Office.
