Insight Global is looking for a manual QA Engineer to join on our our financial clients supporting a brand-new, web-based application. The QA Engineer will join early in the lifecycle and play a key role in shaping testing practices. The team is currently 100% manual testing, with expectations to gradually introduce automation. The right candidate will have professional experience working with AI agents and prompts.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢āPerform strong UI-based application testing for web applications
ā¢āTest REST APIs to validate functionality, data accuracy, and integrations
ā¢āExecute manual test cases and document results clearly
ā¢āWrite and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test stories
ā¢āUtilizing AI agents to help with testing
ā¢āParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including grooming sessions and story pointing
ā¢āContribute to QA effort estimation and testing strategy discussions
