Manual Machine Operator

We are seeking an energetic Manual Machine Operator to join our team at our Leduc facility. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast-paced shop environment and takes pride in working safely, efficiently, and with high attention to detail.

Primary Duties

• Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Properly and safely selects, aligns, secures and removes holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines.
• Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling.
• Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Evaluates experimental procedures and recommends changes or modifications for efficiency and adaptability to setup and production. ...
