We are seeking an accomplished legal leader to serve as **Managing Counsel, Business Development and Midstream** , driving strategic outcomes across high-impact matters. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal guidance on complex transactions and strategic projects that shape the future of the operations of a large corporate law department in a publicly traded, international energy company. You will play a critical part in navigating high-impact legal challenges, developing innovative strategies, and supporting key business objectives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years in business development and/or midstream experience, preferably in-house and corporate settings, with a strong background in joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions.
