This role oversees Plant activities within Operation Engineering, Facilities, and Maintenance, aiming to advance the company’s objectives toward operational excellence. It holds responsibility for the overall effectiveness of the operations organization, its resources, manufacturing processes, facility infrastructure, and maintenance systems. Leading a team of professionals, mentoring direct reports, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders are integral aspects of the position.
Key responsibilities include strategic planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing manufacturing engineering, facilities, maintenance, and plant-level operational programs/systems. The role ensures reliable equipment performance, effective preventive maintenance, safe and compliant facility operations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
