Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Manager – US Mortgage Processing Leader to oversee end-to-end mortgage processing operations. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely loan movement from application through closing while delivering excellent borrower and client experience.
You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, origination, closing, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mortgage processors to ensure efficient loan processing from application to closing
- Oversee verification of borrower documents (income, credit, assets, appraisal, disclosures)
- Ensure compliance with US mortgage regulations (TILA, RESPA, Fair Housing, investor guidelines)
