Overview

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The Manager Transportation Performance is a key in-house strategy execution role. The primary focus of this position is to drive excellence in the Mexico transportation network. This role implements the vision and strategy for transportation programs, systems and processes required to define and support current and future distribution and supply chain requirements. The team initiates, manages and drives improvement programs, defines new metrics and KPIs, tracks delivery of results, and takes corrective actions when necessary.

Key responsibilities include identifying gaps and improvement opportunities in the network, developing tactical and strategic improvement plans to streamline operations, and leading transportation improvement projects to increase value, efficacy, and efficiency.
