Job Overview
As a Manager, Transactions is responsible for leading valuation, financial modeling, transaction advisory, and business development activities within the Transactions practice.
Responsibilities
- Leading the preparation of valuations of assets and business interests for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, taxation, public offerings, and other purposes.
- Assisting with the purchase and sale of businesses, including industry research, marketing documents, target purchaser analysis, and all facets of the M&A process.
- Leading the preparation of financial models and financing proposal documentation for senior and subordinated debt arrangements.
- Providing transaction advisory and due diligence services for mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy‑outs, management buy‑ins, etc.
