Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
• Design and customize training content for different departments and employee levels.
• Plan and execute annual training calendars and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Hands‑on experience in training staff at all levels.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
