• The role is responsible for leading Total Rewards function by developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives, market competitiveness, and corporate governance standards.
• It oversees job evaluation and job architecture, salary structures, incentive programs, annual compensation reviews, and market benchmarking to ensure equitable and competitive reward practices.
• The position also manages HR policies related to compensation and benefits and provides market insights for strategic decision-making, and builds organizational capability by delivering training on job evaluation, compensation, and Total Rewards governance.
