Job Description
What is the role?
Managers are an integral part of our multidisciplinary teams, overseeing client projects and contributing to the development of the studio. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure successful design and delivery of client projects
- Lead project-specific client meetings, including co-creative workshops, and manage specific client relationships on projects
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new hires by generating content and facilitating sessions
- Support business development (e.g., contributing to proposals)
This position offers a base salary range of $100,000 – $130,000 CAD. Additionally, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 15 % of the base salary, contingent upon individual effort and company success.
