Job Description
We are looking to hire a Manager - Tendering & Procurement (Pre-contracts) who will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end tendering and commercial evaluation process for major hospitality development projects for our client based in Dubai , which is one of the largest semi‑government companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable .
The role sits within the Contracts & Procurement Department and reports directly to the Hospitality Project Procurement Lead .
Responsibilities
- Lead and support project procurement activities for hospitality developments, including new hotel construction and refurbishment projects with FF&E and fit‑out packages.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation for project procurement, including Conditions of Tender, Conditions of Contract, drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities ...
