Job Description
The Senior Talent Management Advisor supports internal clients in deliveringplex programs and initiatives that are strategic in nature and have substantial implications for the organization’s performance. Talent Management (TM) focuses on diagnosing, designing and implementing talent programs, processes, projects, initiatives, capabilities and culture.About the roleFacilitate the design, development, execution, and sustainment of practical, fit-for-purpose programs such as talent assessments and succession planning, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, survey/listening strategy, early career development, leadership and employee development programs Partner with HR Business Partners tomunicate, deploy and continuously improve Talent Management programs and processes to ensure effective delivery and client experience that achieves intended oues.
