Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is a large, multi-site organization supporting over 1, employees across seven casinos and a central corporate office. Through its Human Resources team, SIGA plays an important role in supporting the growth and development of First Nations employment while ensuring the organization has the talent, systems, and workforce planning practices needed to meet current and future business needs.
This is an exciting time to join SIGA as the organization continues to strengthen its talent acquisition strategy and modernize its HR practices. The Manager will play an important role in supporting this evolution by helping improve recruitment processes, enhance system use, streamline workflows, and ensure leaders and teams have the tools, training, and support they need to attract and develop talent across the organization.
