We are on the look-out for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our stellar Human Resources team. A Talent Acquisition Manager is intended to be in charge to design, develop and execute a new talent acquisition strategy for the company. The candidate is expected to be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, build a strong employer brand, and ensure great relationships at the workplace.
Major Responsibilities:
• Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals from Engineering (R&D, Software, Hardware, Systems Engineering) to Operations (Production, Quality, SCM) and Support functions (Finance, HR, IT, QMS).
• Manage end-to-end campus hiring cycle for premier campuses and local campuses. Act as point of contact for Campus Placement teams and students. Should be willing to travel to various campuses (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs, etc.) across the country during...
