Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and functions.
Manage and mentor the TA team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Drive leadership and critical hiring across regions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process.
Track and improve key recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and recruitment MIS reporting.
Leverage job portals, social media, and other channels for effective sourcing. Education Qualification
Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred). Skills & Attributes
Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
