About the Role
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing test maintenance, machine performance, OEE, delivery and quality performance across a team of engineers and technicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 engineers and 28 technicians, overseeing daily machine performance.
- Execute plans and strategies to deliver results and drive machine improvement.
- Coordinate with other support systems and cross‑functional teams.
- Maximize equipment uptime, ensure workspace safety, and minimize operational costs.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress logs and measure KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
- Develop maintenance schedules, manage budgets, and supervise technical teams to minimize downtime.
- Design and implement routine inspection schedules to prevent major machinery breakdowns.
