Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Marketing & Commercial strategies
• Create KPIs to monitor the performance of specific issues raised by management and identify potential bottlenecks for yield improvement
• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance profitability and minimise costs, thereby optimising yield
• Lead and execute yield improvement activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams and divisions
• Optimise asset utilisation (vessels and container equipment) from a total optimisation perspective
• Drive continuous service product improvement through analysis
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance environment and aligning individual goals with department targets
