Manager, Strategic Sourcing Mechanical Systems

Location: Madrid, Spain. This key role supports mechanical sourcing across Nextpower's portfolio of mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive execution of the sourcing strategy across categories within mechanical systems, including fasteners, tools and consumables, foundation equipment and consumables, gear boxes, dampers, field robotics, and other mechanical systems.
• Act as the Regional (EU) lead for supplier relationships across categories, collaborating with leadership in the US, India and China to execute specific objectives and activities.
• Identify potential suppliers, evaluate capabilities and establish strategic partnerships to ensure a robust supply chain.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage performance to ensure the highest quality standards and delivery timelines.
