Manager for a brand-new burger franchise. 3 years of fast-food burger experience required. Leadership qualities to motivate, teach, train, and coach a fun, friendly team in a drive-thru store.

 Ordering, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance. While controlling expenses. A month of Additional training will be provided.  Salary according to skill set.

The manager needs to be responsible for:

• Scheduling, ordering, training the staff, enforcing brand standards,  
• Ensuring food safety rules. 
• Teaching, training, and coaching a team to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Controlling waste and increasing sales.
• Maintaining records and equipment.
• Troubleshot technology and problem-solve.
