Roles and Responsibilities

  • New Product development. It also includes Technical support for new requirementsof any department.
  • Product performance, feature improvements
  • Responsible for AHRI Product and test bed certification
  • Development of software, maintenance of existing software and release of new versions
  • Responsible for proper commissioning & operation of new products at sites and providing technical support to service dept. for existing products
  • Responsibility to resolve problems if any and performance monitoring during testing of chiller in factory.
  • conducting technical training/ presentations at factory and at customers' place
