1. Establishing Quality plan for the Bought out parts of Engine and Transmission Aggregate .2. Should have hands on experience of using measuring instruments and CMM .3. Performing Incoming inspection first principle method.to ensure defect free parts.4. Gears and shaft Heat treatment knowledge 5.Participation and Co ordination of concern resolution with Field & Assembly line 6. Interpretation skills of Catia and CAD 3D drawings .7. Ensure that the lessons learned from product families are shared with the platform team (COE, CDMM etc.) for new product development as input for prevention of repeated known issues8.
