About the role:
The Manager – SEL will lead the implementation, quality assurance, and strengthening of Social Emotional Learning within Bhumi’s Whole School Transformation Program (WSTP).
This person is responsible for ensuring strong program delivery across partner schools, building educator capacity, improving systems, and using data to continuously enhance impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee systems that ensure consistent, high-quality SEL delivery across schools and program teams.
  • Track and analyse program data to drive structured reviews and continuous improvement in implementation.
  • Design and facilitate capacity-building initiatives and provide ongoing supervision to educators and program staff to strengthen delivery quality.
