What the role is

Oversee the development, implementation and growth of effective social services, data systems and initiatives that meet service users’ needs efficiently across subsector(s).

What you will be working on

Be part of a team that seeks to achieve better outcomes for persons who use social services so that these service users are empowered to live with dignity. Key responsibilities include:

Oversee Service Strategy Implementation

• Analyse landscape and engage stakeholders to understand national strategies and identify critical and emerging needs and gaps

• Partner with social service agencies (SSAs), government agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet such needs and gaps

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives

• Drive collaborations to develop innovative solutions
