**Job Description**
The Manager, Security Services supports the Director, Security Services in the development, implementation, and management of physical security programs designed to protect American Express facilities, employees, contractors, visitors, customers, and assets. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, managing contract security personnel, conducting investigations, supporting emergency response activities, and ensuring compliance with established security policies and procedures.
As a key member of the security leadership team, the Manager serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders on security-related matters and may act on behalf of the Director, Security Services during emergencies or in their absence.
