ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager Security, Emergency, and Risk Management leads the delivery of ECU’s emergency management, security, and Risk Management programs. This role owns the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of emergency training and preparedness exercises; manages program documentation and regulatory compliance; and provides operational leadership across inspections, incident management, security operations, and access control. The position is responsible for risk management at the enterprise level and leads ECU in the implementation of risk management strategies and frameworks, as well as the development and regular updates of the university’s enterprise risk register.
