Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships with current customers and generating new leads through prospecting potential customers within risk acceptance criteria to meet origination, revenue, and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business & share-of-wallet opportunities with customers and prospects.
• Identify needs and develop proposals with Element's value-added services.
• Coordinate end-to-end sales process, including risk underwriting, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation.
• Account for overall relationship management of assigned clients and serve as primary point of contact.
• Coordinate internal areas to meet day-to-day or new requirements.
• Meet clients to maintain and grow business relationships.
• Oversee line renewals and legal changes.
