Job Description:

DXC is looking for a Manager Sales Enablement to join our IT team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role serves as the primary Product Owner for IT, acting as the critical bridge between our business stakeholders (Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing) and IT teams (developers, architects, and IT operations).

The ideal candidate understands business needs and desired outcomes, drives prioritization of new features and requests, and translates business requirements into high-level technical requirements. You don't need to be a deep technical expert, but you must be able to sit comfortably with both business leaders and development teams, serving as the translator between the two worlds.

This is a leadership role with 2-3 direct reports and oversight of a cross-functional team of 10+ people.
