In this role you will lead and scale a regional SDR function to drive pipeline for Convera’s cross-border payments business. You’ll own SDR performance, optimize capacity and workflows, and ensure quality handoffs to the BDMs. You will coach a distributed team, close collaboration with Sales, RevOps and Marketing, and rely on data to identify gaps and improve outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building scalable SDR capability and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
