Purpose
The Manager, Safety & Security, leads the effective application of Armstrong Collective’s safety, security, and emergency preparedness programs on-site in Kamloops and assigned operations. The role contributes to strengthening safety culture and performance through consistent application of enterprise frameworks, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices, while supporting alignment and shared learning across Canadian and US Operations.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Safety & Security, this role provides strategic oversight, expert guidance, and translates enterprise safety frameworks and regulatory requirements into practical, day to day actions that strengthen safety performance and operational effectiveness.
