Experience Required
Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in insurance or financial industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and Operational Resilience Program.
- Support the Head of Risk Management in further strengthening the organization's risk governance and resilience framework.
- Work closely with Risk Champions to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks.
- Ensure risks are managed within the organization's approved risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational resilience initiatives to strengthen the organization's preparedness and response to business disruptions.
