Job Description
The Manager Retail Projects will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence for retail projects and KDW categories. The role involves overseeing project execution, customer relationship management, budgeting, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with company standards and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze variances to achieve sales and profitability targets for retail projects
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Analyze category performance and develop strategies to improve sales, operations, and profitability
Plan and oversee retail project execution to ensure timely completion in line with client requirements and quality standards
