The Manager Resource Development works with PSE executives to align our business strategy and manage PSE’s energy resources portfolio to include capital, operational, risk, compliance and/or budget requirements. Collaborates with other PSE departments, resource and regulatory agencies, and other discipline-related organizations to develop policy and programmatic direction. Serves as a key witness in regulatory proceedings.
This position manages the development of strategic resources to support the company’s energy supply portfolio. Leads and coordinates key functions in the development of potential generation and transmission resources from opportunity identification, proposal creation, and project development through start of construction.
