This roleĀ supportsĀ PrivateĀ DestinationsĀ inĀ MexicoĀ recruitmentĀ operations andĀ talent acquisition team.Ā TheĀ ManagerĀ will supportĀ theĀ Director of Talent AcquisitionĀ on process enhancement, performance management, and project delivery.Ā The ManagerĀ leads the performance management of recruiting professionals supporting aligned functional areas to ensure operational objectives are achieved through defined processes. The manager is responsible forĀ providingĀ monthly reporting & analytics onĀ shipboard recruitment,Ā compliance,Ā and strategic plansĀ for continuous improvement.
