Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team
- Development of dispatching and automation-use-cases using the AMAT RTD-framework
- Provide comprehensive support for the ongoing key digitalization projects for Kulim Frontend – e.g. one SAP, TPS @KLM or OMAHA rollout
- Close collaboration with the FE-wide RTD community and within cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering and Quality
- Drive for high level of standardization and re-use of solutions & methods in close interaction with the other Front end sites
- Coach team‑members in daily work and ensure training and up‑skilling
- Ensure sustaining and continuous improvement of the existing solutions
- Central interface for the other RTD teams @ FE sites
