What you ’ll do
  • Define and lead the global real-time communications strategy and roadmap to support the firm’s trading, research, and collaboration needs
  • Build and scale enterprise-grade trader voice and trading-floor communications platforms that deliver low-latency, high-availability, and measurable business impact
  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a large, cross-functional team of engineers, operators, and product managers to deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Design and execute end-to-end migrations to cloud telephony and contact center platforms, including planning, cutover, and post-deployment optimization
  • Partner with trading desks, business leaders, and security teams to translate business requirements into resilient, auditable communications services and service-level agreements
